FAQs
How long will shipping take?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will also get a shipping notification shortly after! Expect a 5-7 day shipping time for customers in mainland USA. For our small orders, unless otherwise selected, they are sent via untracked USPS mail, so unfortunately you will not receive a delivery notification/tracking updates. If your selected shipping method was "tracked", you will receive tracking updates and a delivery notification. Please reach out if you have issues with your package. We only ship during weekdays, excluding US holidays.
How do i cancel my order?
Please contact us ASAP for order cancellation.
You are entitled to cancellation and a full refund UNLESS:
1. We have already purchased the shipping label, in which case that would be deducted from the refund.
2. We have already shipped the item, in which case we would require the customer to pay for return shipping, and we would ask you leave the contents unopened. We can supply a printable USPS shipping label if needed.
Can I return my item?
You are always entitled to a refund within 14 days after the item was delivered. Please reference our return policy for more information. We do require you to pay for return shipping, unless the item received is defective. Contact us to start a return!
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will get a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. For easy tracking, we recommend creating/using a Shop pay account. This allows you to login to this site, or their mobile app, and keep track of your orders. For our small orders, unless otherwise selected, they are sent via untracked USPS mail, so unfortunately you will not receive a delivery notification/tracking updates. If your selected shipping method was "tracked", you will receive tracking updates and a delivery notification.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Please contact us ASAP. We can change the shipping address for free if the shipping label has not yet been purchased. Otherwise, we will charge a fee equal to the shipping cost. Check the "orders" page to confirm which delivery address was used.
Are the patches velcro backed?
Yes! All of our patches are Velcro backed using high quality hook-and-loop, and are ready to be mounted on a variety of surfaces, including clothing, headliners, and tactical gear.
How big are the patches?
Most are around 3" x 3". Reference the item description for the exact size! As for height, they poke up about 2mm.
What is the best way to clean the patches?
Cleaning the patches is very simple, and may need to be a common practice with heavy use.
PVC PATCH:
- Do not put in a washing machine or dryer! Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Gently wash with soap and water, using a soft brush if needed.
EMBROIDERED PATCH:
- Do not put in a washing machine or dryer! Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Hand wash with gentle brush and mild detergent, and let air dry.
where are your patches manufactured?
Currently, we use a Chinese supplier that has a pristine track record of quality. We are searching for US alternatives, but many of them manufacture overseas and act as a middlemen!
Our stickers however, are manufactured here in Seattle by a small business.
