How long will shipping take?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will also get a shipping notification shortly after! After that, expect about a 5-day shipping time for customers in mainland USA. Please reach out if you have issues with your package.
Can I return my item?
You are always entitled to a refund within 14 days after the item was delivered. Please reference our return policy for more information. Contact us to start a return!
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will get a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. For easy tracking, we recommend creating/using a Shop pay account. This allows you to login to this site, or their mobile app, and keep track of your orders. When your order is delivered, you will also receive an email!
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Please contact us, we will be able to change the shipping address unless the item is already shipped.
Are the patches velcro backed?
Yes! All of our patches are velcro backed and ready to be mounted.
How big are the patches?
Most are around 3" x 3". Reference the item description for the exact size.
