Refund policy
We offer returns and refunds for specific items and situations. For lost packages, please contact us.
Our return requirements:
- The return process must be initiated no more than 14 days from the delivery date on the USPS tracking
- We reserve the right to refuse damaged returns, as well as the refund for the returned items.
- We do not accept returns based on personal preference. Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We only accept returns for specific items
How to return an item:
- Contact us immediately to start the process
- We will require you to pay for the $4.99 return shipping, we will provide a shipping label that can be printed
- When we receive the item(s), and the item(s) are determined to be in good condition, we will refund your order in full, except the initial shipping costs
Exceptions:
- Items initially bought with discount codes will be refunded according to the amount you spent, not the full amount of the item
- Limited edition items are not eligible for return
- We do not offer returns for patches, stickers, or other small items.
- We do not offer returns for damaged goods, unless the damage took place during shipping (requiring photographic proof)
- We do not offer exchanges for other items
- We do not offer returns for store credit
- We do not offer returns past 14 days from delivery
Cancellation:
We offer free cancellation on any item that hasn't yet shipped. If the item has shipped, you will have to return it if eligible.
