Shipping policy
We offer fast and reliable shipping nationwide, as well as internationally. We ship orders no more than 48 hours after the order is placed. We try to ship every other day, from Monday to Friday. We do no ship during most holidays.
How to track your package (if applicable):
Either use our website's order tab -> log in with your Shop account
OR look for the email sent out by us with order confirmation (may be in spam)
Common issues:
- If your item has been lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us and we will handle all communications with the carrier, and make things right for you.
- If you input the wrong shipping address for your order, please contact us ASAP and we will change it for free UNLESS we have already purchased the shipping label OR the item is already shipped.
Shipping options that we currently offer:

Calculated USPS tracked package for all customers in the United States, typically between $4 and $6
- Calculated USPS tracked package for all international orders. (Prices vary greatly)
- FREE SHIPPING for any orders over $35 USD, in the United States.
Keep in mind, rates are subject to change at any time for any reason, even for items already in your cart. This is due to average USPS shipping prices changing regularly.
All of these services utilize USPS shipping, and are generally delivered within 2-10 days for US customers. For our international customers, times may very - but generally still 5-10 days. Please contact us regarding delayed shipments later than 10 days.
All shipping times are just estimates, not arrival guarantees.
Other information:

- If the package is marked as "delivered" on the tracking, but you never received the item, we will not be liable to send replacements. If this happens, please contact us and we can try to work out a solution.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by USPS. Once we hand the package off to USPS, it is out of our control unfortunately. All shipping times are just estimates, not guarantees. However, if a package is later than 10 days, please contact us and we will try to find a solution, usually a simple replacement.
- If something else has gone wrong with your shipment, or it is taking unusually long (over 10 business days), don't hesitate to contact us!
